We are a group of young professional Architects and Engineers who come from different but complementary job experiences (building, real estate, design). We have decided to combine our own diverse qualities to constitute a firm able to furnish a new and versatile service containing in itself the peculiarities of each of us to satisfy the manifold demands of our customers.

We deal with real estate mediations and preparing furnishing for shops Boutiques, Cafes, Restaurants, Hotels etc.

Our services are reserved to those firms about to open or widen their own activity and to the families that desire to restructure or to modify “the home atmosphere”. We help in the search of the real estate property, planning and preparing the furnishing and delivering the fitted structural transformations for the specific demands.

For some time we have specialized in tourist leases with environments and real estate properties unique in their kind, situated in different Italian and foreign places.

We have chosen an english name because, now more than never, with the widening of the European confinements we feel ready for greater ambitious challenges of the seriousness and professionalism with which we offer our services, and thus TRUST SERVICE is born.
